Leslie Sinclair

I live in and produce my work in Toronto, which is located in Treaty 13 territory. This is the stolen land of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabe, the Wendat, and the Haudenosaunee. As a journalist and settler, I acknowledge the historic and ongoing role of the media in the marginalization of Indigenous people in Canada and commit to challenging colonial narratives through my writing.
